The studio is known for dramatic hair, ombre and balayage coloring, keratin treatments and perms. It also takes men's and women's cuts, and short trims for necks, bangs, and beards and mustaches.

The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and is closed on Sundays. Bookings are made through its Glossgenius page. A deposit is required at booking and is credited toward the total on the appointment day. Deposits are not refunded when a client cancels or does not show up. New clients pay a $50 deposit for balayage, highlight and lowlight, and ombre bookings.

Appointments can be moved only within the same week as the original booking, with at least 24 hours' notice. Late changes or short notice may cost the deposit. For emergencies or illness, the studio will move the appointment where possible if the client gets in touch as soon as they can. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
