Head spa sessions come in three tiers. Essential is a 60-minute service at $109 that includes a scalp analysis, a hot towel, an organic wash with deep conditioning, shoulder, neck and face massage, and a light blow dry. Gold runs 75 minutes at $145 and adds a mini facial, a relaxing scalp massage, a mineral foot bath and light refreshments. Platinum Escape is 90 minutes at $175 and adds a VIP robe and slippers, an exfoliating scalp treatment, a custom deep conditioner and targeted scalp therapy. Each head spa session takes place in a private treatment room.

Couple sessions take place in a private suite. Couples Gold runs 75 minutes per guest for $260 for two people, and Couples Platinum runs 90 minutes per guest for $310 for two. Each person receives an individual scalp assessment, and the two treatments happen side by side. Any two people may book together, whether they are partners, friends, siblings, or a parent and child. Larger parties can choose VIP sessions of 60 or 75 minutes, priced at $99 or $125 per guest, with a minimum of five guests, and can reserve the whole studio privately. Participants rotate through treatment while the rest wait in the reception lounge, and groups may include as many as 12 people. Group packages come with a robe, light snacks, and an extra complimentary service for the honoree. Groups book by phone or through the contact form and are advised to reserve at least one week in advance.

The Scalp Reset is a 75-minute scalp health protocol priced at $145, which the studio describes as proprietary. It includes a scalp and condition analysis, a scalp camera review across eight areas, massage, targeted scalp therapy, a custom deep conditioner and a written Verdict Report with a take-home care plan. For ongoing care, the Scalp Health Club is a $99 monthly membership that renews until cancelled and can be cancelled online. It includes one 60-minute Scalp Renewal each month and member pricing on add-ons and appointments. Scalp Revival programs of four, six or eight sessions are chosen after a Scalp Reset, with each session redeemed as a 60-minute Scalp Renewal. Gift cards are sold as digital cards by email. The studio does not diagnose medical conditions and suggests a dermatologist for medical concerns. Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. A 20% deposit confirms a booking, and 24 hours notice is asked for changes. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Tipping is optional on individual and couples treatments, while a 12% gratuity is requested for private groups of five or more. The team speaks Vietnamese and English.
