Pedicure basins are pipe-free foot spas with no jets, filters or tubes. According to the salon, they run quieter and feel more calming than other pedicure tubs. Chairs and thrones get cleaned and disinfected after each guest. A CBD pedicure is a more recent offering. Paraffin is part of the Deluxe Pedicure with CBD, which pairs it with mint oil, fruit lotion, a sugar scrub, milk bath and CBD Epsom salt.
Hygiene is a visible focus. Metal implements such as nippers, clippers, metal pushers, drill bits and tweezers are sealed in envelopes and sterilized in an autoclave. Buffers, nail files, foot pumices and wax applicators are single-use and not reused. Surfaces are wiped with an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant.
For nail enhancements, the salon offers Healthy Gel in set and fill versions. The salon describes Healthy Gel as odor free, and says it adds calcium and vitamin E, will not damage the nail bed and resists chipping and cracking.
Sanitation comes first: metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave, single-use items are never reused, and pedicure chairs are cleaned between guests.
