Hair loss care is a main focus. Those services are branded as Mill Creek Hair Loss Solutions and are certified by the US Trichology Institute. A consultation gathers information on hair loss and scalp concerns and leads to a customized multi-therapeutic plan. Scalp scoping uses magnified viewing and digital images to track scalp health and regrowth over time. Other options include low level light therapy, Growth Factors Pro application, and cleansing and conditioning to clear buildup and excess oil from the scalp. Multi-Therapeutic Packages bundle care and tools for hair, scalp and regrowth at a lower overall cost, and take-home light therapy caps and lasers are available.

Hair services cover color such as balayage, painting and highlights, custom cuts, express blowouts, special occasion curls and up-dos, bridal hair, Brazilian Blowout smoothing, and straightening.

Permanent jewelry is custom-sized and welded closed with no clasp. Bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and charms and connectors are offered in sterling silver, gold filled, or 14k solid gold in yellow or white. Groups of friends can book together. Pieces come off by cutting the jump ring with flush cutters or in store, and welds are guaranteed. Permanent jewelry sales are final, though a clasp can be added on request, and allergic reactions are not eligible for refunds. A $15 fee applies to other repairs or misuse, with larger fees possible for severe breakage or stretching. Bracelets put on elsewhere need a repair fee, and charms can be added to bracelets bought elsewhere.

Booking runs by phone at 206-240-3434 or through an online Vagaro profile. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before an appointment with the deposit transferred. Cancellations must be made by phone at least 24 hours ahead, and deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is not rescheduled 24 hours ahead or the client does not show. Walk-ins are accepted, but calling first is requested. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8 to 5, Tuesday 8:30 to 4, and Thursday 8:30 to 5, and is closed on weekends.

Hair loss and scalp care is planned around each client, with customized multi-therapeutic plans for hair, scalp and regrowth needs. Haircuts and styling are tailored to individual style and preferences.
