The services fall into four groups: brows, facials, lashes and waxing. Lash work is the largest part of the menu, from full custom sets and classic or volume fills to lash lifts with tint and removal of extensions placed elsewhere. Facials include an express dermaplaning treatment and fruit enzyme and pumpkin enzyme options, and brow services range from simple tinting to waxing and shaping.

Fills are timed from the client's last service, and a fill needs roughly 40 to 50 percent of the existing extensions still in place. If less remains, an upcharge may apply. Foreign fills are accepted, and the artist checks the existing extensions before deciding whether a fill or a full set is the right choice. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice or a fee applies, no-call no-shows are charged the full booked service, and children are not permitted at appointments.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards are sold online in amounts from $50 to $200 or in a custom amount. The studio describes its products as the highest quality on the market, and it sells a lash shampoo for aftercare, recommending that clients cleanse their lashes with it twice a day.

Treatments are planned around each client's lashes and aftercare, with the aim of keeping natural lashes healthy while still achieving the look the client wants.
