Color is a large part of the menu. Glosses and toners refresh faded color or balance tones after highlighting, root touch-ups cover new growth and gray, and full head color and customized foil highlighting are also offered. Olaplex is included in highlighting services and is also available as a stand-alone treatment for fragile or over-processed hair. New color clients book a free 15-minute consultation before their first color service, and full head highlighting requires a $75 deposit and a consultation first.
Hours are Monday from 4 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM; the studio is closed Friday through Sunday. Clients who cancel or no-show without at least 48 hours' notice are charged 25% of the service amount. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards can be bought through the website.
Each visit starts with a conversation about what the client wants, what concerns them and the result they hope to see, and suggestions are offered for updating a look.
