Haircuts are priced by service. A women's cut is $50, includes shampoo, and takes about an hour, while a men's cut is $32 and takes 45 minutes. A blowout with shampoo and custom blow dry is $40, and a formal style is $65. A styling lesson for $60 walks through styling, curling, which products to use, and the reasons behind them.

Color runs from root touch-ups, roots-only color and glosses to halo, partial and full highlights, and balayage. Custom color layers several techniques, including teasing, slicing, weaving, tipping the ends and root shadowing. A base breaker lightens the natural base slightly so highlights can be spaced further apart. Color correction is listed at $500 and starts with a first session of up to five hours, where tones are balanced, the color is blended with gloss, and grey coverage is adjusted. A double process blonde is priced on request.

New clients can start with a $15 consultation. Cancellations need 36 hours' notice, and a late cancellation is charged half the service fee. Clients can arrive up to 15 minutes late; a later arrival may mean the appointment is cancelled and rebooked. The studio is open Monday from 10 am to 7 pm, Tuesday 9 am to 3 pm, Wednesday 12:30 to 7 pm and Thursday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, and is closed Friday through Sunday.

Includes styling lessons that show clients how to style their hair at home and which products suit the result.
