Bridal work is a central part of the business. Services include bridal hair and bridal makeup in airbrush or traditional style, bridal preview trials for hair, makeup or both, a mom's bridal trial, flower girl styling for ages 10 and under with an adult from the party supervising, and touch-ups or look changes for the wedding party. Bridal pricing covers admin communication with the bride, family and planner, accessory and veil placement after a consultation, instruction for party members on the veil, complimentary lashes, a touch-up kit for the bride, and photography posing with coordination with the photographer if requested. Destination weddings are accepted with standard rates plus travel, transportation and food stipends, with quotes on request. Cruise weddings are also accepted; the client pays cruise fare, room, board, cruise gratuities and port parking.

Event timing is planned around the party. Each event or bridal party hair or makeup service takes about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the style. The bride is styled last, usually receiving services two and a half to three hours before the end time, and the final 20 minutes are kept for touch-ups, lips, powder and curls. Parties are not given individual time slots; the team uses staggered arrivals and an internal artist schedule. One master artist covers six to eight services, and larger parties are scheduled with additional artists, up to ten. The team accommodates large events and bridal parties of any size, offers early morning hair and makeup, and says events can be booked around the clock.

Booking is handled through a contract and retainer. Dates can be booked up to 18 months ahead, and most clients book nine to twelve months before their event. A date is reserved with a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer and a signed contract, and dates are not held without both. Each booked date needs its own contract and retainer, and changing the event date requires a new retainer and an updated or new contract. Services on a signed contract can be added at any time or removed up to 30 days before the event. Communication, contracts and scheduling run through a HoneyBook client portal, and inquiries are typically answered within 48 hours or two business days. Bridal preview trials are separate optional appointments at the Orlando studio, Monday through Friday by appointment only, offered at a discounted rate and usually booked four to six months before the wedding. The artist for a trial is the one who will lead on the event date. Pricing includes blowouts and the blowout and hair straightening add-ons at $55 each, tattoo cover-up starting at $25 depending on size, VIP touch-ups and bridal party touch-ups at $150 per hour, and an additional artist at $250 per artist Monday through Thursday or $350 Friday through Sunday. Starting at one location and finishing at the venue adds a $125 convenience fee per artist. Gratuity is not included. Peak-season weekend dates in prime hours require a six-service minimum, where hair and makeup together count as two services.

Beyond weddings, the team works on advertising, commercial and production shoots, corporate events and headshots, and natural beauty or editorial and fashion looks.
