New clients start with the Curl Awakening Session, which runs 2 to 2.5 hours from $225, or 3 hours for long or high-density curls at $265. The visit opens with a consultation on curl pattern, density, length, styling routine, curl history and goals, followed by a dry curl-by-curl haircut and a lesson on caring for curls on wash day. Extra time is $47 per half hour or $93 per hour, and pricing may change if more time is needed. Before the first curl session, clients should arrive with clarified, detangled, bone-dry hair styled down without pins, ponytails or buns, and avoid products that leave curls stiff, sticky or oily. Before and after photos are taken at that first visit, and clients are asked to wear a solid earth-toned top.

Returning clients can choose from several cut and style options: a curl cut only ($93 to $113), a cut with shampoo and styling product that leaves hair to dry at home ($138 to $178 or more), a cut with a wash and hood or diffuse dry ($188 to $230 or more), or the Curl Serenity session ($265 to $315), which adds a Hawaiian red salt scalp scrub, a charcoal kaolin mask, a moisture treatment mask and an arm massage. Cancellations or date changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a late cancellation fee of $50 or half the service amount, whichever is greater, is due before the next booking. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled amount. Children are welcome only when they are receiving a service, and clients are asked not to bring extra friends or family because of the studio's size. Extensive detangling may add charges or require rescheduling, and clients with cold or flu symptoms are asked to rebook. Payment is accepted by credit card, Venmo, cash, Zelle and studio gift card.
