Visits begin with a conversation about what the client is hoping for. Color is customized, using Schwarzkopf Professional products, and the studio also focuses on lace and skin cap wigs, including washing, styling and ongoing maintenance.

The menu covers color and gloss, root touch-ups, face frame, partial and full highlights in foil or balayage, women's haircuts, blowouts, special occasion styling, wig wash and set, deep conditioning and Kerasilk treatments. The studio is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Gift cards in $50, $100, $150, $200 or a custom amount can be ordered from the website.

Services are shaped around each client's style, preferences and goals, with the stylist asking what the client is looking for before starting.
