The studio states that it aims for perfection in both the products it sells and the service it provides. Latoya, the owner, has worked in the hair industry for more than 16 years.

Hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm, Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. The studio lists Monday, Tuesday and Sunday as closed, while one-on-one teaching classes are offered on Sundays only.

Appointments require a credit card on file, and all services must be booked in advance; add-ons cannot be added at the appointment. Clients need to arrive with hair free of any style and detangled after old braids or other styles have been removed, or they will be charged extra. Prices are standard but rise with hair length, density and detangling needs.

Appointments have a 10-minute grace period. Late arrivals may be rescheduled, charged a late fee or cancelled, so the studio asks to be told in advance. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment. A missed appointment without cancellation is charged in full and the client can no longer book. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule, and their deposit moves to the next visit. The studio does not offer refunds on services or added fees. Clients who are unhappy with a service should contact the studio within 48 hours; a one-time adjustment is offered within 2 weeks of the appointment.

Services are not offered to clients aged 12 and under, and the studio is not currently accepting new braid clients. Photos and videos may be used for promotional and educational purposes, and clients can opt out of being photographed or recorded.
