Every visit starts with a personalized quote, and each service includes a thorough consultation plus a styling lesson when one is needed. Larger projects receive hourly progress reports covering status, timeline and budget. Color work base prices run from $90+ for 45 minutes to $480+ for four hours. Haircut base prices run from $60+ for 45 minutes to $75+ for 90 minutes. Base prices vary with each stylist's experience level, and intern pricing may be available on inquiry. Haircut and color pricing does not depend on gender and is based on time and skill level. Bills itemize labor, charged by the hour, separately from chemical use and disposal, which is charged by the weighed amount used.

Clients can book online or join a waitlist, and a credit card is required to hold an appointment. Courtesy confirmation emails go out five days before a visit. Cancellations less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50%, and no-shows are charged 100%.
