The main menu includes The Welcoming Ritual, a 1 hour 30 minute visit with a shampoo, scalp massage and blow dry, priced at $45. The longer Lather & Soothe Ritual runs 2 hours and pairs a 20-minute shampoo and scalp massage with a botanical hair mask or treatment and a signature blowout, priced at $60. The Cleanse & Blowout is a 1 hour 30 minute service combining a clarifying treatment with a signature blowout.
Hair gloss comes in two versions. The Clear Gloss is meant to add a mirror-like shine and moisture, and the Tinted Gloss adds color refresh, tone balance and shine. Listed prices are baseline estimates; final pricing depends on hair density, length and product use and is discussed at consultation. Appointments can be requested outside regular hours by contacting the studio. Hours run Monday and Saturday from early morning to 9:30 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 pm, Thursday from 5:30 pm, and the studio is closed Sundays.
Booking involves a $15 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service total on the day. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 to 48 hours' notice. Appointments are held for up to 15 minutes, and a late arrival beyond that cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. If a client is unhappy with the result, they should contact the studio within 7 days; complimentary adjustments are made when the goal matches the original consultation, but refunds are not issued for services rendered.
