Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the reserved service amount. Online bookings have the card charged the same day, and otherwise charges are applied at the start of the next appointment. The salon notes that its policies may change without notice.
The salon also sells a range of hair products and recommends milk_shake Normalizing Shampoo for clients with an oily scalp or hair, along with washing hair every two to three days.
