The lash menu covers Classic Sets, which place one extension on each healthy natural lash, and Hybrid Sets, which mix classic and volume lashes for more fullness than a classic set without the density of a full volume set. Volume Sets fan two to eight extensions onto each natural lash, and Mega Volume Sets fan six to eighteen. Appointment length and price depend on the set, and Lash Removal is a separate service that has to be added before a lash appointment. A Touch Up is a shorter visit of up to 45 minutes for filling in missing lashes, while a Complimentary Fill is only given when it has been agreed in advance as no charge.

Add-ons can be combined with a chosen set. Color lashes start at $5 and are priced after a consultation based on the number and amount of colors. Tinsel Spike Color is $5 per color with up to four spikes per color, and the Dramatized Lashes (Wispy) upgrade is $5 for a wispy or extra-length spiked look.

Spray tans are offered as either a rapid or a traditional solution, adjusted to skin tone and the depth of color wanted, with optional scent and subtle shimmer. The salon describes its spray tan as a natural-looking glow without an orange tone.

Booking is done online, and a waitlist is available if no suitable time opens up. A 50% deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable, though it can be moved to a different appointment up to two times with at least 48 hours notice. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival, after which the appointment is canceled with a $25 no-show fee. Before lash appointments, clients are asked to arrive with clean, oil-free eyes that are free of makeup, keep conversation to a minimum, and avoid caffeine and sugary items. Guests are not allowed except a guardian accompanying a minor.

Lasshed By Nessa starts many lash visits with a patch test or consultation, offered at no charge for 30 minutes, to address allergy concerns or to talk through the set a client has in mind.
