Facials make up much of the menu. They range from a 45-minute Express Facial to a 90-minute Signature Anti-Aging HydraBeauty Facial that combines microcurrent, radio frequency, LED light and cold hammer therapy. Other options include dermaplaning with a sterile surgical blade, a non-invasive chemical peel built on a blend of acids, microneedling with AnteAGE products, and a needle-free NanoInfusion treatment that uses a wireless nano pen. NanoInfusion is offered as a 60-minute Signature visit or a 90-minute Luxe visit, and facial add-ons take about five minutes each. A 90-minute treatment includes two of them.

Lash services include mixed/hybrid, classic and wet set, volume, mega volume and anime styles, most taking about 50 minutes. Anime lashes are custom spiked sets with wispy spikes, fitted to each client's eye shape and natural lashes. Classic and wet set use one extension per natural lash. Mixed/hybrid sets are typically filled every two to three weeks. Fills follow timing rules: volume and mega volume fills must be booked within 21 days, touch-ups within 7 days and three-week fills within 28 days. If fewer than half of the volume lashes remain at a fill, a $10 upcharge or a three-week fill applies. Touch-ups need at least 80 percent of lashes remaining, otherwise a two-week fill is suggested.

Memberships begin with a three-month commitment, and unused appointments can roll over after that period. Members get member pricing, retail discounts and priority booking. Enrollment is limited and closes when spots fill, reopening when availability returns. The shop also sells professional skincare and lash aftercare products, and gift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount.

Treatment plans are customized for each client, with the aim of long-term skin health rather than quick fixes. The studio emphasizes education, personalization and consistency across visits.
