Full sets come in 140, 180, 220 and 260 lashes, with prices rising at each step. Returning clients can book touch-ups at one, two or three week intervals. Touch-ups are for clients who already have extensions from Lashwell, and the studio does not refill extensions applied by another salon. Clients coming from another salon can book a removal instead.

New clients can book a special price on a 140 lash set. Extension removal is offered on its own, and there is a separate charge for removing extensions that were applied at a different salon.

The gallery shows cat eye and C curl styles at 70, 90 and 110 lashes per eye.

Before a visit, clients are asked to remove all eye makeup, clean their lashes with a mild oil-free cleanser, and skip waterproof makeup, regular mascara and curled lashes. Afterward, the studio advises keeping lashes dry for the first 24 hours, avoiding swimming, steam rooms and saunas for 48 hours, and not using eyelash curlers, perms, tints or pulling extensions off. Clients may bring their own music or mp3 player.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10AM to 8PM and Saturday from 10AM to 6PM. A deposit holds an appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice, or a $50 service fee applies. Clients are asked to arrive on time. There is no late arrival fee, but a client arriving 10 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule.
