Each visit is booked by appointment, with time set aside for each client. The team chooses the service that suits each person rather than offering one standard set. Clients provide a credit card on file to book, and receive confirmations and reminders by text or email. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and closed on weekends. Children under 14 are not permitted in the studio during appointments.

Lash extensions come in classic, 2D, 3D and Russian volume (mega volume) styles. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash, a 2D set uses a two-lash fan, a 3D set uses a three-lash fan, and a Russian volume set uses a fan of 4 to 12 lashes. Mega volume extensions can be customized in length, shade and curl, and the studio says they last three to four weeks. Bottom lash extensions are a newer technique that frames the eye. Fills are offered at one, two and three weeks and as a foreign fill, and the studio does not offer fills on lashes that have had strip lashes applied. Other services include a lash lift and tint, cream-based extension removal, an emergency removal service, and repair of incorrectly applied extensions.

The studio runs one-on-one training: a two-day classic course for $1550, a two-day classic and volume course for $1750, and a three-day course covering classic, volume and mega volume for $2000, each from 9:00 to 7:00. A $400 deposit holds a spot and goes toward the balance. Training includes a lash kit, a lash manual valued at $200 in products, a certificate, breakfast, lunch and snacks, and ongoing support. Students can bring their own model or pay $75 per model for one from the studio. Mentoring is $100 per hour and can be tailored, and a certificate is given for sessions of at least three hours. The studio says more than 50 students have finished its lash course.

Policies are set out in advance. Cancellation with 24 hours notice has no charge, and shorter notice results in a $50 charge. A no-show is charged 50% of the full price, and arriving 15 minutes late is treated as a cancellation with the same 50% charge. Concerns about lash extensions must be raised within two days for a free correction. Appointment switches between clients are not offered. Business messages are answered Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Lash tweezers are sold at $15 each, plus shipping that depends on the buyer's country.

The studio offers personalized treatments, with the team determining the right service for each client, and it brings European lash techniques to the US market.
