Full Set lash extensions begin with a consultation to choose a look that suits the client's eye shape and style. Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume are all offered, and full sets suit first-time clients or anyone starting fresh from a previous set. A full set takes about two hours.

Fills replace grown-out extensions and add new lashes to natural growth, in the same four styles. A standard fill suits visits up to two weeks after the last lash appointment. The three-week fill, or foreign fill, is for clients returning at three weeks or with lashes done by another artist, and includes extra time to assess the existing set and blend it with new lashes, since retention and styling vary between artists.

Brow Lamination restructures brow hairs to hold a chosen shape for up to six to eight weeks, and includes waxing, trimming and tweezing for shaping. The Keratin Korean Lash Lift & Tint takes about 90 minutes and uses a formula with amino acids, protein repair support and keratin; it is said to last six to eight weeks, with an optional tint in brown, black or mixed. Lash tint is also available on its own for a darker look.

Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled fee, which must be paid before new appointments can be booked. The website has a shop with gift cards, lash aftercare guidance, and a contact form for sending questions to Ava.

Full sets start with a consultation, so the look is chosen for each client's eye shape and desired style before lashes are applied.
