The studio runs two locations: one at 8187 NW 71st Street in Miami and one at 3468 W 86th Terrace in Hialeah. The Hialeah location is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. Its hours are midday, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on most days and from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Lash services cover full sets in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with fills and refills in each style. Lash lifts with tint, lash removal, and added spikes or wispy spikes are also offered. A set of brow services is listed, and those are free of charge.

Visits are booked online. A card must be on file to reserve an appointment, but it is not charged at booking. Cancelling within 24 hours of the start time results in a charge. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is cancelled and the cancellation fee applies.

Refills depend on timing and on how many lashes remain. A refill is booked within 18 days of the last appointment, and each eye needs at least 40% of its lashes to qualify. Longer gaps or lower retention mean the visit is booked as a full set. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, free of glue, mascara, makeup or other products on the lashes.

Completed services are not refunded. If a client reacts to lash extensions, the extensions are removed at no charge. Because space is limited, guests, children and pets are not allowed in the studio.

Visit type is set by the time since the last appointment and the number of lashes remaining, with a full set booked when those conditions are not met.
