Clients can book a free 15-minute complimentary consultation to talk through the look they want and get service suggestions. Brow options include sculpting with facial mapping, tweezing, trimming and cleansing, an airbrush version, and brow lamination with sculpting, which the studio says lasts six to eight weeks. Lash lifts, tints and a Korean lash lift and tint are also offered.

Extensions typically last four to five weeks, since they shed with the natural lash cycle. The studio suggests a fill every two weeks for a fuller look, or every three to four weeks for moderate upkeep. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup or mascara, and waterproof mascara is turned away. Appointment times are estimates and can shift with individual needs and the complexity of the service.

Booking is secured with a deposit of 50% of the service price, which is non-refundable. Cancellations with 24 or more hours notice move the deposit to one rescheduled appointment, while later cancellations forfeit it. Arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a cancellation, and traffic delays do not waive fees. Changes are accepted by phone or text only, not social media. Concerns about a service should be raised within 48 hours, and a complimentary adjustment may be offered at the studio's discretion.

The studio describes itself as using premium, professional-grade materials and skilled artistry, and states that extensions applied by certified professionals with quality products should not damage natural lashes.
