Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash in three fullness levels: Lite at 60 extensions per eye, Full at 90 and Glam at 120. Volume sets add more coverage with fine, wispy extensions, in open-eye and cat-eye styles or a spike-led specialty look.

Extensions are placed so they do not touch the skin, and the studio uses a sensitive, low-fume adhesive for clients with sensitive eyes or allergies. Clients who have reacted to lash adhesive before are not recommended for extensions, and a patch test booked at least 24 hours ahead is advised. Lash lifts suit clients who want less upkeep: the glue-less Korean lift lifts and curls natural lashes, and a tint darkens them as well.

Refills are priced for Lashpop clients on lashes the studio applied, booked within 28 days of the last visit, from $55 for one week to $100 for four weeks. Older sets are treated as new and need a removal and a new set. Extension removal costs $20 and is waived when Lashpop applied the lashes. New clients receive 20% off a new extension set when paying cash, which does not combine with other promotions or apply to lifts, removals and patch tests.

Clients should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours of the appointment carry a 25% fee, and no-shows a 50% fee. No refunds are offered, though concerns raised within 3 days may receive a complimentary touch-up. Lashes should stay dry for 24 hours after the service, and extensions should be removed only by a professional. Appointments are booked through an online platform, and the studio reports a 5.0 out of 5 rating from Google reviews.
