The studio offers four extension styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash for a natural look with a darker, mascara-like density. YY is a separate full-set and refill option, Hybrid Volume blends classic extensions with 6D volume, and Volume uses a mix of 8D and 10D fans for a darker, fuller result. Full sets take about 120 minutes, two-week refills about 80 to 90 minutes, three-week refills about 80 to 90 minutes, and 30-minute touch-ups are available for each style.

Model spots are discounted lash extension appointments priced at $100 or more and running about 120 minutes or longer. The studio photographs and records the service for its marketing, and these appointments are offered only on select dates and times.

Booking requires a deposit: $40 for full sets, $30 for refills and touch-ups, and $20 for lash removal. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Two-week refills are due within 14 days and three-week refills within 21 days. Later refills carry a $10 extra charge, and are charged as a full set once they are overdue by the stated windows. Refills are charged as a full set if less than 40% of lashes remain, and fills done elsewhere are not accepted. Touch-ups must be booked within 8 days of the last service.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice. Within 24 hours, 50% of the service is charged and deposits are forfeited. Same-day cancellations, reschedules and no-shows are charged the full service. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which only the remaining time is available. Clients should arrive with clean lashes. Complimentary corrections may be requested within three days of the original appointment and require punctual arrival. Children are not allowed during appointments. The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday from 12:30 PM to 7 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 2:30 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Gift cards come in $70, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
