Eyelash extensions are single synthetic strands, curved to follow the shape of natural lashes, and each one is applied to an individual natural lash. The studio describes them as suited to both special occasions and everyday wear. Because extensions need upkeep, fills are timed: at two weeks, up to 30% of the original set can be lost and still be filled; at three weeks the limit is 50%; at four weeks or more, a new full set is needed. If more than half the lashes are detached or grown out, the work is treated as a new full set. Clients who come in with lashes from another provider have them assessed first, and removal and a new set may be recommended if the existing work cannot be built on. Retention issues should be reported within 72 hours of the appointment so they can be corrected.

Appointments are held with a credit card on file, and payment is made on arrival. Clients who need to cancel are asked to give 24 hours notice; a cancellation or no-show without that notice may be charged 50% of the session to the card on file. After two no-shows, appointments must be paid in full at booking. Clients running late should call, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment has to be rescheduled. Eyes should be clean and free of makeup on arrival, or a $15 makeup removal fee applies, and time spent removing makeup is deducted from the session while full price is still charged. The studio is open Monday through Saturday with hours that vary by day, and it is closed on Sundays. Saturday hours run from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Returning clients can earn perks: tagging the studio on Instagram with a lash selfie earns $5 off the next visit, a referral gives $10 off for both the referrer and the new client, and the 6th visit comes with $10 off.
