Hours run Monday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The salon is closed on Fridays and Sundays.

The lash menu covers classic and volume or hybrid extensions, with full sets, refills, foreign fills for lashes done elsewhere, lash lifts with tint, tinting for upper or lower lashes, and removal. Refills require that about 40% of the original lashes remain, and the salon recommends refilling every two to three weeks. A patch test for first-time extension clients is done 24 hours before the service and is listed at no charge.

Brow services include a sculpt and tint that shapes with waxing, tweezing, and trimming, along with a hybrid liquid stain available in nine colors. Brow lamination uses a chemical relaxer to straighten and set the hairs so they lie upward, with results that can last up to eight weeks. A combined lamination, shaping, and tint option is also offered, along with a 30 minute brow touch up.

Head spa services range from a 50 minute express treatment to a two hour ten minute full experience. The express option includes scalp massage with tools and a high frequency device, Halo Water Therapy, a cleanse, a facial, and a head, neck, and shoulder massage. The signature version adds a scalp analysis, dry scalp massage, steam, shampoo and conditioner, and an arm massage. The full experience extends the massage to the hands, legs, and feet.
