Each full set has its own look. Classic Loving uses faux mink extensions the business describes as cruelty-free. Girly Set places several lightweight lashes, fans and classic lashes on each natural lash for a natural look that is slightly thicker, and the business says it suits thin or sparse lashes. Jealousy Set uses one mink extension per natural lash, in longer lengths with a natural or dramatic curl. Mocha Set uses brown lashes, which the business says blend more naturally than black ones. Baddest Bitch uses fan mink extensions in short or longer lengths and, according to the business, offers 25% more lashes than its other sets. Wet set uses closed fans or spikes for a mascara-like finish that can be full or natural, and Wispy Set uses handmade fans of two to six lashes in alternating lengths.

Refills follow a set timeline. Two-week refills are booked 14 days after a full set, when technicians remove naturally fallen extensions and replace them. Three-week refills are for clients 21 days after their last fill, when about 30% of extensions remain; clients past that point are asked to book a full set. Three-week refills include a lash bath. A quick touch-up, $50 and 45 minutes, is available only seven days after a full set.

The lash training class costs $450 and runs six hours. It combines theory with supervised hands-on practice and covers safety, technique, tools, care, design and placement, product knowledge, maintenance, and applying extensions. A full lash kit is included.

The business is open Tuesday through Thursday from 1:30 to 5:30 pm, Friday from 1 to 5 pm, and Saturday from 1:30 to 4:30 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Refills are scheduled by the number of days since the last full set or fill, and clients with too few extensions left are steered toward a full set.
