Classic and hybrid sets generally need a fill about every three weeks. Lash extensions and the Korean lash lift require a deposit, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancelling less than 48 hours ahead or not attending carries a 55% fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Consultations are free, and a patch test is available before booking a full set. The studio is open Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on weekends.
