LashKisss Lavish Extensions offers its services under five groupings: brow services, full lash sets, lash maintenance, sugar waxing and facials. Each booking carries a $25 non-refundable deposit and a $2 booking site fee, and all prices may change.

Brow services and some waxing appointments are paid in full at booking, and that payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance for those services is collected at the visit. The site says that balance is cash only, while other services accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or credit and debit cards. Tax is added at the visit when the balance is not paid in cash.

Before an appointment, lashes should be clean with no mascara or eye makeup, which carries a $15 up-charge if not followed. Clients are asked to avoid mascara and strip lash glue for 48 hours beforehand, remove contact lenses, avoid caffeine for three to four hours, and arrive no more than five minutes early. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments.

Lateness and cancellations have set consequences. Arriving more than five minutes late adds a $15 fee, and arriving more than ten minutes late may mean rescheduling with a new deposit. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full remaining balance. Squeeze-in bookings, including Sunday, same-day, and before- or after-hours appointments, carry an extra $25 service fee.

The studio does not work over another technician's lash extensions. Existing extensions must be removed and a full set applied. Clients have 24 to 48 hours to report lash issues such as early fall-off, and extreme shedding reported after that window is not covered.
