Hours run Monday from 1:30 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, with Sundays closed. Clients are asked to arrive with no makeup and no contact lenses. Curly lashes are not worked on, and extra guests need to be discussed with the owner in advance. A 10% cancellation fee applies, and clients are asked to tell the studio as soon as possible so they can reschedule. No refunds are given.
The set menu runs from a natural aesthetic set, which can only be done in short lengths, through classic, classy, coffee, brat doll and wispy styles, up to volume, wispy volume and mega sets. A classic set places a thicker diameter extension on each natural lash for added length and definition. A classy set uses wet, closed fans for a mascara-like look, a volume set applies multiple fans to each natural lash for a fuller result, and a custom set is tailored to the client's eye shape. Reviews describe the owner as sweet and welcoming.
Ambassadors can book a free content block of about 40 minutes with any service to reserve time for content. Clients booking it bring their own makeup and arrive camera ready.
Consultation-first: a free consultation of about 30 minutes is booked before a full set for clients unsure which style or length suits them, and sets are tailored to eye shape.
