The studio calls itself a luxury lash and brow studio, and lash extensions are the core of the menu. Each set can be customized in length, thickness and curl type.

Extensions come in three styles. Classic extensions add length with a soft, natural look. Hybrid extensions combine classic and volume techniques for a fuller, textured look and are suited to sparser natural lashes. Volume extensions give the most density and a darker, more defined lash line. The studio uses faux mink lashes, which it describes as built for durability and comfort. Extensions typically last two to five weeks, depending on the natural lash cycle and aftercare, and refills are recommended every two to three weeks, within 21 days of the previous visit.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers a semi-permanent lash lift and tint that lifts, curls and darkens natural lashes, brow appointments, and permanent makeup. Permanent makeup begins with an initial session and is followed by touch-up appointments.

Booking follows a deposit structure. Every appointment requires a deposit of 40 percent of the service cost. Permanent makeup initial sessions require a $150 deposit, and touch-ups require a 50 percent deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can move to a new appointment if you reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, within 30 days. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice forfeits the deposit. Cancellations or reschedules within 8 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged the full service cost to the card on file. Lash appointments are treated as no-shows if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and brow appointments if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. A $35 late fee applies when a client arriving more than 10 minutes late is still accommodated, and late arrivals can text (305) 934-8122. Email reminders are sent before each visit.

Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to avoid eye makeup for at least 12 hours and to skip waterproof mascara or eyeliner for at least 72 hours. Lashes should arrive clean and free of makeup. Booking acknowledges a risk of allergic reaction to products, and if a reaction occurs, the extensions are removed at no additional cost. Outcome concerns must be raised within 24 hours by text or email to info@lashhouzz.com, and all services are otherwise non-refundable.
