The studio describes its extensions as luxury and customized for each client, so the design is shaped to the individual. Full sets range from the Natural Set at $100 to the Wispy Volume Set at $180. Appointment lengths are listed by style, from 20 minutes for bottom lashes to two hours for the Wispy Volume Set.

Refills are offered on a two-week or three-week cycle, and each must be booked within a set window: 14 days after the previous set for a two-week refill, and 21 days for a three-week refill. A one-week refill is also listed. Lash removal and bottom lash extensions are offered as separate services.

The studio gives aftercare guidance. For the first 24 hours, clients are asked to avoid water, steam, saunas and heavy sweating, and to keep oil-based skincare and makeup removers away from the eyes. Lashes should not be rubbed, pulled or picked, and a lash-safe cleanser is recommended. Retention depends on natural growth, lifestyle, sleep and skincare, and the studio does not take responsibility for poor retention caused by improper aftercare, rubbing, face-down sleeping or oil-based products. Clients with sensitive eyes can still book if they mention it before the appointment so the service can be adjusted.

Each set is customized to the client, and the studio describes its extensions as luxury.
