The listed prices range from $10 for a lash bath to $160 for a mega volume set. Fills are priced by interval: $50 for a 1-week fill, $85 for 2 weeks, $90 for 3 weeks, and $100 for a foreign fill. Booking requires a non-refundable $25 deposit, sent right after booking and applied toward the service. The remaining balance is paid in cash or by Zelle, with the Zelle number provided on request. Fills should be booked 2 to 3 weeks after the initial full set. A fill requires at least 40 percent of lashes to remain; below that, the visit is treated as a full set. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, or a lash bath fee is added to the service.
Arrival and cancellation terms are set out clearly. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee applies. Arriving more than 15 minutes late requires rescheduling with another non-refundable deposit on the next online booking. Same-day cancellations, under 24 hours' notice, forfeit the deposit and are charged half the service total, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full total.
