Hours run Tuesday through Sunday, with the studio closed on Mondays. Saturday has the longest day, from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Most services require a $20 deposit at booking, and the Volume Lash Set requires $25. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment carry a 30% fee, and no-shows are charged 30% of the scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Lash removal takes about 20 minutes and uses professional products to take extensions off gently. Clients are asked not to remove extensions at home, since that can damage natural lashes.
