Cynthia is the lash artist behind the business and has been lashing for over two years.
Booking is set up around a deposit. A non-refundable booking fee holds an appointment time and goes toward the cost of the service. Without a deposit, no appointment is kept. Clients get a 10-minute grace period if they are running late, after which the appointment is cancelled. Changes, reschedules or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, and clients who do not show up are not offered another appointment.
