The menu covers full sets and fills in classic, hybrid and volume styles. Mini Fills are for previous clients, and Foreign Fills are for lashes another technician has applied, though removals of another technician's work are not offered. A Lift and Tint curls and tints natural lashes without crimpers or curlers, with results typically lasting four to eight weeks. Brow waxing and a brow wax with henna tint are also offered, and a free 30-minute consultation can be booked beforehand.

The business says UV lash services suit clients with common lash allergies or sensitivities, and clients who struggle to keep a fill for more than two weeks.

Full sets can take three hours or more and fills take about two hours. Fixed-length appointments may cost more if extra time is needed, and extra time is not guaranteed to make up for late arrivals. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes early with no makeup on and lashes washed, and to follow care instructions for the best retention. A 24-hour grace period after appointments covers lash issues at no charge.

Cancellations not made 24 hours in advance carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
