The lash menu covers full sets, fills, lifts and tints. Full sets come in classic, volume and hybrid styles, and the hybrid set blends classic and volume lashes. A returning-client full set is also offered at a lower price. Fills are timed to the appointment schedule: a one-week mini fill is a 30-minute touch-up priced the same for classic, hybrid and volume lashes, and it is only available if fewer than seven days have passed since the last appointment. Two- and three-week classic and volume fills each take about an hour.

New clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and everyone is asked to arrive on time. A client who arrives late may receive a fill for the time that remains, which may be shorter than a full appointment, and the full fill price still applies. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice by text or call. A no-show or same-day cancellation is charged $25, or $50 for full sets.

The Perry Street location is open Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
