For nails, the menu covers classic manicures, gel and gel French manicures, and several pedicure levels, from a classic pedicure to a deluxe spa pedicure. Nail extensions are offered in acrylic, gel, dipping powder, ombre dipping powder and Gel X, and add-on work includes repairs, buffing, callus removal, cutting down nails, nail design, paraffin treatments and gel removal.

Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles. Full sets are offered alongside refills booked at one, two or three week intervals, and the salon will remove extensions whether they were applied at Lashes Nails Spa or at another salon.

Waxing covers the chin, lip, sideburns, eyebrows, face, underarms, arms, hands, legs and bikini area, including Brazilian bikini waxing. The salon says it uses premium products for waxing.

Families can book manicures, pedicures and polish changes for children 12 and under. Groups can also book the salon for events such as bridal showers, birthdays, bachelorette or bachelor parties, corporate gatherings and get-togethers, and party hosts receive complimentary cake, finger food, drinks and snacks. Party bookings are made by phone or through the salon's party inquiry form.

According to the salon, team members regularly attend courses covering technical skills, hygiene and safety procedures, and the products the salon uses.

Reusable nail tools are sanitized and disinfected according to state regulations, while tools that cannot be disinfected are discarded or given to the client after a single use. Clients may also bring their own tools, which are still disinfected before use as state law requires.

The salon describes its pedicure chairs as quiet and free of pipes.
