Extensions come in four styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash for a clean, natural finish. Mega Volume layers ultra-fine handmade fans in denser clusters for a bolder result and takes longer because each fan is made by hand. The extensions are individual synthetic lashes bonded with a medical-grade adhesive. Fills take about 60 to 90 minutes and are usually booked every two to three weeks. Bottom lashes and lash removal with a professional remover are also offered.

A lash lift reshapes natural lashes into an upward curl and applies a semi-permanent tint, with no glue and no extensions. It takes about an hour and holds for roughly six to eight weeks without fills. Lash lift with tint combines both steps into one appointment. Brow services include brow tint with a custom-blended colour, which lasts three to four weeks, a natural henna tint, and brow lamination. Brow lamination sets the brow hairs in a brushed-up shape over about 45 minutes and lasts six to eight weeks. Tint and brow design are not part of lamination but can be added on request. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, arms and underarms.

Before a first set, Patricia reviews the curl and length of the natural lashes and maps curl, length and density to the client's eye shape and lifestyle. The exact price is confirmed at the consultation. Clients can book online, by WhatsApp, by text or by phone, and Patricia usually replies to WhatsApp messages within about an hour during studio hours. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, major credit or debit card, Zelle or CashApp. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

Each extension set is hand-applied and fitted to the client's eye shape and lifestyle at the consultation, and extensions are only suggested for a lash lift when natural lashes are very short or sparse.
