New clients can start with a free phone consultation to talk through extensions before booking. Visits take place in the studio, where clients can wait with complimentary coffee, snacks and beverages. The studio is open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm and closed on Sundays, with other times available by appointment only.
Appointments can be made by phone, through the booking tab on the website, or by text. A credit card is needed to reserve a time, and automated notices go out when a booking is made and again 24 hours before it. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 6 business hours ahead to avoid a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled services. A no-show, meaning someone who neither cancels that far ahead nor attends, is charged the full amount of the scheduled services.
If a problem comes up after a visit, the studio says it will fix issues that appear from the day after an appointment through the fourth day at no added charge. Refill pricing is tied to how many weeks have passed since the last set, and a refill over work done at another salon falls in a higher price range.
According to the studio's price list, a bottom-only full set is $55, a top full set for new or returning clients is $99 to $119, and a top and bottom full set is $154 to $174. Those prices cover classic lashes, and hybrid, volume and Lux Mink styles carry additional add-on charges.
