The menu runs from brow waxing and shaping, with or without tint, through classic, hybrid and Russian volume extension sets, and on to lash lifts, lash tint and a Vitamin Lash Botox treatment from My Lamination. Refills are offered for classic, hybrid and volume sets at two- and three-week intervals. Gift certificates are available.
Classic extensions bond one synthetic lash, between 0.2 and 1.5 mm in size, to each natural lash using medical grade adhesive, and suit clients with fuller natural lashes who want a more natural look. Russian volume uses fans of several lightweight synthetic lashes bonded to a single natural lash, and is suited to sparse lashes, bald spots or a more dramatic result. The salon describes its hybrid set as a blend of classic and volume.
Vitamin Lash Botox is a lash lift treatment made by My Lamination, a company founded in Vicenza, Italy. It uses vitamins, natural oils and amino acids to lift and straighten natural lashes, with silicone used to lift them. The lash lift can be done with tint, and tint is also offered on its own.
A first full set takes about two hours. Extensions last for the life of each natural lash and shed as it does. Most clients return for a refill within three weeks, though some choose refills every two weeks. To keep a refill, about half of the extensions should remain at refill time and at least a quarter must be left. Waiting more than five weeks between visits means booking a full set instead.
Booking policies: a $50 non-refundable deposit holds an appointment and is applied to the final balance. Cancellations or rebooking need 48 hours notice, and the deposit can be moved to a future appointment. A missed appointment without notice means paying for the next service in full at booking. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and arriving 5 to 10 minutes early allows time for intake forms. Extensions can be worn for swimming, showering, exercise, tanning and sauna use, though prolonged heat, humidity and water can shorten their life. Regular gentle cleansing helps them last.
Each client is consulted on the length, thickness and curl that suit their natural lashes, and each volume fan is made by hand to match the look they want.
