Each set is tailored to the client's eye shape and the style they choose, which can range from natural to full and dramatic. Full sets take about 80 minutes. Refills and the 6D and 10D options are built around the client's remaining extensions, and the studio advises that refills are best kept to every two to three weeks. If fewer than 40% of a client's extensions remain on an eye, a full set may be needed instead of a refill. For the 10D mega volume style, the artist will advise before the appointment, since not every natural lash can carry its weight.

Mini touch-ups are short 30-minute visits that must be booked within 10 days of the last appointment. Lash extension removal is also available for clients who are leaving their extensions behind.

Booking policies: cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee, same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-call, no-shows are charged the full price. The owner may waive fees at her discretion for first-time clients or emergencies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50 and $100 amounts or a custom value and are final sale.

Hours are Tuesday and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
