Extension styles include classic, hybrid and volume full sets. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume extensions and are suited to clients with few natural lashes who want a thicker lash line. Silk and matte styles are available in lengths from 8mm to 16mm, and C curl and D curl options are offered. C curl gives a longer, more natural look, while D curl is curlier and more dramatic. Mink extensions are also available; they are lighter and more feathery and cost more than other types. The studio describes its products as premium.

A first full set takes about two hours, and refills take 45 to 75 minutes depending on how many weeks have passed since the last set. Lash styles are chosen after a consultation that considers the client's natural lash strength and length. Clients lie on a massage table with their eyes closed while relaxing music plays. The studio describes the process as pain-free. Lash removal is a thirty-minute appointment in which a gel remover is applied to the extensions, left for about five minutes, and wiped away.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to remove eye makeup and mascara with an oil-free remover and to cleanse the lashes with a mild cleanser just before arriving. After a visit, clients are advised to wait 48 hours before washing their face, or 12 hours if they have sensitivities. To dry extensions, clients brush them with a clean mascara wand and gently press with a lint-free cloth, avoiding cotton swabs. Refills are recommended every two to four weeks, and the first set is expected to last up to four weeks.
