Every visit starts with a consultation to decide on length, curl and shape, taking into account the client's personal style and the condition of their natural lashes. A full set takes roughly 55 minutes to just over an hour, while a fill-in takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how many extensions have shed.
There are three set styles. Classic is the most natural option, Hybrid gives a natural but fuller result, and Volume is the full, glamorous choice. Extensions are placed about 1.5 mm from the lash line and only on adult lashes, using Sugar Pro mink lashes with a deep taper and matte finish. Extensions typically last four to six weeks and can be kept up with refills.
Clients are asked to arrive free of eye makeup. Mascara isn't needed while extensions are on, though eye makeup is fine as long as it is removed afterward. First-time clients receive an aftercare kit that includes a travel spoolie, a lash and brow comb and brush, select brushes, and a gentle lash shampoo.
Each client has a consultation to choose length, curl and shape, weighing their style against the health of their natural lashes.
