Every visit starts with a consultation to settle on the right style for the client's eye shape and daily life. For full sets, the consultation is followed by lash mapping before a style is chosen. Orel will suggest a different style if the one a client has in mind is not a good match for their natural lashes or their maintenance schedule, and can recommend a custom lash map during the consultation. Full sets usually take about two hours.

The studio describes its standard as consistent care, honest results and lash work that stays lightweight and looks natural. Its website calls its lash extensions luxury; in practice, the studio focuses on fitting each set to the individual client.

Fills are priced by how long it has been since the client's last appointment. Clients typically book a fill every two to three weeks. If more than three weeks have passed or there is significant lash loss, a new full set may be needed. Fills are for work the studio has done. If a client's last set was done elsewhere, the studio may recommend removal followed by a new set.

Appointments are not confirmed on submission of an inquiry. Clients can request a time by phone, text or the online request form, and Orel personally confirms availability and sends an email or text confirmation. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. There is no deposit and no cancellation fee.

Orel customizes each set to the client's natural lashes, eye shape and daily routine, and can adjust curl, length and mapping within each style.
