Classic sets use one-to-one isolation, with a single extension placed on each natural lash. Volume and mega volume sets use lashes that are thinner and lighter, fanned together by hand and attached to one natural lash, while hybrid sets blend classic and volume for a fuller look. A full classic set with consultation takes about two hours, depending on the client's concerns, and a classic fill takes 45 to 75 minutes depending on how long it has been since the last fill. Hybrid, volume and mega volume fills need more time. Full classic sets are listed at $165, hybrid at $205, volume at $245 and mega volume at $325. Fills are priced by the gap since the last full set or fill, at two or three weeks.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and no face cream, lotion or oil around the eye area. Aftercare is covered in detail: wait 24 hours before wetting the lashes, then wash daily with an oil-free lash cleanser and brush daily. Use only oil-free makeup and remover, avoid lash curlers, and keep extreme heat away from the lashes. Swimming is fine after the 24-hour wait. Extensions should only be removed by a professional. The salon says extensions can last up to four weeks with proper aftercare and do not need to be taken off periodically to let natural lashes recover.

Removal and adjustment services are offered to both new and existing clients. Extension removal is a 30-minute service at $40, and a lash bath, a thorough cleanse recommended when dirt and debris build up, is $20. A first appointment includes a personal consultation and aftercare recommendations with Michele. Gift certificates are available.

Each set is planned around the individual client, with the lashes isolated and the extensions tailored to the client's needs, using medical-grade adhesive and products the salon describes as top-of-the-line.
