A classic set applies one extension to each natural lash. A hybrid set mixes classic and volume extensions, with more classic extensions for a natural look. Volume sets are usually applied at a 1:3 or 1:10 ratio, depending on how full the client wants the lashes to be. Full sets take 90 minutes, and 1 hour fills take 60 minutes. Shorter 35-minute classic, hybrid and volume services are also listed, along with removal, which takes 30 minutes.

Brow services include brow tinting, brow waxing, a combined brow wax and tint, and brow lamination, which takes 45 minutes. Lip waxing is also offered. Lash tint can include the bottom lashes on request.

Clients book online through the salon's booking system, and payments are taken through that site. A credit card must be kept on file for every client. Text and email reminders go out a few days before appointments. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged a 40% fee to the card on file, so clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. The fee may be waived for emergencies or weather conflicts if the salon is told as soon as possible.
