Lashes by Madison Bours is a small lash business in Thornton, Colorado. The menu covers new full sets, fills at several lengths, manual removal of existing extensions, and tinting for brows and lashes.

Full sets are built over an initial two to two-and-a-half-hour appointment in classic, hybrid, or volume styles, with a $30 retainer that goes toward the final cost. Fills are timed to the work needed, from a 30-minute mini fill for existing clients to 60- and 90-minute fills for classic, hybrid, or volume lashes. Clients coming from another lash artist book a foreign fill, which is a 90-minute appointment with a $25 retainer, and new clients start with one.

Before a first appointment or a special occasion, clients can book a free glue patch test and consultation to check for a reaction to the eyelash adhesive. Booking rules are clear: cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the booked total to the card on file. If existing work is poorly applied, very poor quality, or has grown out too far, a removal and full set may be needed instead of a fill.
