Services are grouped into brows, lash extensions, lash fills, lash lifts, lash tint, packages and waxing. Brow lamination can be booked alone or paired with lash extensions or a lash lift. The site says lamination makes brows look thicker and easier to style for four to six weeks, and asks clients to pause retinol, Differin, AHAs and exfoliation a week beforehand.

Lash extensions can also be done at the client's home, in black or dark brown, for locations within 20 miles; a mileage fee applies beyond that range. Studio hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday from 1 PM to 8 PM, closed on weekends. Appointments starting at 5 PM are available for an extra $25, arranged by Instagram message or text.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged the full fee. Accepted payment methods are cash, Apple Pay, Zelle and credit cards, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final sale.

Lori also teaches a two-day in-person lash extension course for $1,250, with a $250 deposit and the balance due in cash. Client comments in the reviews mention how well lash sets hold, according to the business's listing.
