The menu covers four extension styles. Classic sets apply one extension to each natural lash in a 1:1 ratio and take two to three hours. Hybrid sets mix 1:1 classic extensions with fans of two to ten fibers, also taking two to three hours. Volume sets place fans of two to fifteen fibers on each natural lash, and Mega Volume sets use fans of more than ten synthetic fibers; both take three to four hours.
Between full sets, clients book refills. Classic and hybrid refills are offered at two or three weeks and generally take one to two hours or less, and a volume refill takes one to two and a half hours or less. A lash bath removes oil and makeup without irritating the skin or eyes, and lash removal takes about 30 to 59 minutes.
Booking is done in advance. Appointments must be booked and deposited at least 24 hours ahead, with a $15 non-refundable deposit paid by Cash App, Apple Pay or Venmo, and a consent and agreement form completed before booking. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and a no-call, no-show is automatically cancelled. No extra guests are allowed at appointments. Hours are 5:00pm to 9:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 9:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
