Lashes by Iliana offers lash appointments in Sachse, covering full sets and refills. Add-ons can be included with the main appointment and are chosen when booking.
Add-ons need to be selected at booking. If a client no longer needs one, or booked one by mistake, they should change it as soon as possible. Any add-on that was booked but not performed is charged as the difference.
Cancellation and arrival rules are set out in advance. A card on file is charged 50% of the appointment if the client cancels or reschedules the day before or the day of, and a no-show is charged the full service amount. Arriving on time matters, since a late arrival shortens lash time and may leave the set incomplete. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, avoid caffeine beforehand, and leave kids and extra guests at home.
